Discovered busking in Paris, this Franco-Algerian band of latter-day troubadours have drawn comparisons with Manu Chao for their mercurial mix of pan-global influences. Now expanded to a nine-piece, their fourth album fuses poetic chanson with zouk, soukous, cumbia, Balkan brass, Gypsy jazz, bal-musette and much else besides. The results are mad and marvellous.
