Hurray for the Riff Raff are set for a week-long acoustic tour of the UK in August, where they will be performing as a duo. The UK tour kicks off with a sold-out show at Omeara in London on August 11, followed by shows in Oxford, Hebden Bridge, Manchester and Brighton. Support will come from Katie Malco.
The only constant member of Hurray for the Riff Raff is singer-songwriter Alynda Segarra, who self-released the group’s first studio album, It Don’t Mean I Don’t Love You, in 2008. Since then, the project has received ever-more praise, culminating in albums such as The Navigator (2017), which dealt with Segarra’s Puerto Rican heritage, and their most-recent album, Life on Earth (2022), which was selected by many publications as one of the albums of last year.
Hurray for the Riff Raff will be on tour in the UK from August 11 to August 16. For full details of the shows and tickets visit nonesuch.com/artists/hurray-riff-raff
