Tinariwen at Glastonbury 2023
Worthy Farm was once again host to a weekend packed with music and, thankfully, glorious sunshine, on June 21-25. Among the many names was a far-ranging mix of artists familiar to Songlines readers, from previous cover stars Tinariwen and Amadou & Mariam to emerging new names like The Joy, as well as a little Wizkid, in case you’re wondering what the Afrobeats hype is all about.
