Soulful Zanzibari singer Siti Muharam, great-granddaughter of the renowned taarab vocalist Siti Binti Saad, introduced her very own twist to the flux of African, Middle Eastern and South Asian traditions coursing through her sublime debut offering, Siti of Unguja: Romance Revolution on Zanzibar, released via On The Corner in 2020. 

Captured at TivoliVredenburg’s Ronda in Utrecht on Saturday November 13, during Le Guess Who? 2021, and premiered below, Muharam serves up a trio of tracks – 'Alaminadura', 'Sikitiko' and 'Nyuki' – from that astounding album, during what was her first ever European concert performance.
